Guangzhou Landow Software Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we”) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal information and will do our best to protect your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to the “Landow Cloud” related products and information services provided to you by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). Please read and understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

(1.1) To better provide services to you, our company will follow the principle of “lawful, fair, and necessary,” and collect your personal information in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and your consent. This includes:
1.1.1. Ensuring the normal operation of Landow
In order to ensure the normal operation of Landow and provide better services to you, we will collect information including your operating system version number, IP address, software version number, network access method, and type. The above information is the basic information that we must collect to provide services to you through Landow.

1.1.2. Authentication and login to Landow and related services
As Landow is an office software used by hotel staff, we do not provide automatic registration services. When logging in to Landow and related services, please use the account and password assigned in the management backend.

1.1.3. Provide content upload service
We may request camera, read photos, media content and files, read and write storage permissions from you for shooting and local uploading of work order remarks.
We may request access to your contacts, only for adding important reminder numbers to your address book, so that you do not miss important work order reminders.
We may request microphone permissions from you for the customer service module to provide better service.

(1.2)Mobile Permission Information and Instructions
Notification Permission: Used to push urgent work orders such as room renovation and maintenance notifications to users.
Camera and Album Permissions: In scenarios such as processing work orders and customer feedback, we need your camera and album permissions to take photos and upload notes.
Contacts Permission: Used to save important phone numbers like work order reminder calls.
Bluetooth Permission: In the scenario of dialing a number, access to Bluetooth is required to determine whether a Bluetooth headset is currently being worn, in order to differentiate the calling scenario.
Location Information: According to Google Android’s policy, when using the phone’s Bluetooth function, access to your location information is required.
Microphone: Access to the microphone is used so that users can send voice messages when seeking customer service for problems.
Storage Permission: Used in scenarios where images and files need to be cached.
View Network Status: Used to alert users to the current network situation for a better user experience.
Network Permission: Used for accessing internet pages and network communication via the network.
Control Vibrator Permission: In silent mode, it alerts users to new notifications.
Allow Installation of Programs: Used for installing and updating the application.

(1.3) We may use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
1.3.1. To provide services to you
(1)For identity verification, customer service, security, archiving and backup purposes, ensuring the security of the products and services we provide to you;
(2)Through information data analysis, helping us evaluate, improve or design services and operational activities;
(3)To better understand how you use our services, in order to meet your personalized needs, such as location settings, personalized services and instructions, or to respond to you and other users of our services in other ways;
(4)Software authentication or management of software upgrades;
(5)To allow you to participate in surveys related to our products and services.

1.3.2. We will use technical means to process your information in a de-identification or anonymization manner. Please understand and agree that in this case we may use de-identified information; and without disclosing your personal information, analyze and commercially utilize user databases.

1.3.3. We will make statistics on the usage of our products or services and may share these statistical information with third parties to show the overall usage trends of our products and services. However, these statistics do not contain any personally identifiable information of yours.

1.3.4. When we use your personal information for purposes not mentioned in this policy, or when information collected for specific purposes is used for other purposes, we will obtain your consent in the form of confirmation agreements, specific scenario confirmations, etc., in accordance with legal requirements and national standards.

1.3.5. You fully understand that we do not need to obtain your authorization in the following cases when using personal information:
(1)Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(2)Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
(3)Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;
(4)Necessary to protect the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
(5)The collected personal information is disclosed by the personal information subject to the public;

(1.4) Third-Party SDK Information Collection Statement In the process of providing services to you, we may also use software development kits (SDKs) provided by third-party service providers to provide services to you, and necessary information may be collected by third-party service providers. If you refuse to provide the relevant information or permissions, you will not be able to use the relevant functional services. Specifically:

2. How we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information
(2.1) Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Landow, except in the following cases:
2.1.1. Sharing with explicit consent: With your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.
2.1.2. We may share your personal information with external parties in accordance with laws and regulations, or mandatory requirements from government authorities.

(2.2)Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except under the following circumstances:
1. Transfer with explicit consent: With your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to another party;
2. In cases of merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if it involves the transfer of personal information, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this personal information protection policy, otherwise we will require that company or organization to seek your authorization and consent again.

(3.1)Storage Period

If you deactivate your account or voluntarily delete the information mentioned above, we will retain your existing personal information for the shortest period required by law and regulations. We will no longer commercially use your personal information. When your personal information exceeds the above retention period, we will anonymize it.
(3.2)Storage Region
In principle, the personal information collected and generated in the People’s Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. After obtaining your authorized consent and fulfilling legal obligations, we may provide your personal information to overseas entities.
(3.3)Security Measures
1. We will collect, use, store, and transmit user information in accordance with the principle of “minimizing” and inform you of the purpose and scope of the use of relevant information through user agreements and privacy policies. 2. The company will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, using encryption technology to ensure the confidentiality of data; using trusted protection mechanisms to prevent data from being maliciously attacked; authorizing relevant access; regularly conducting data security special inspections and other security protection and detection measures; cultivating data security awareness and security capabilities of employees, enhancing their awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
3. Please understand that the internet environment is not 100% secure. We will make every effort to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to us, but due to technological limitations and possible malicious methods, even with strengthened security measures, it is not possible to guarantee the security of information 100% of the time.
4. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will timely inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impacts of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, recommendations for you to prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. 4. Your Rights
4.1. Access and Correct Your Personal Information
(1) You can contact the administrator at any time or log in to the cloud platform to access or edit your personal profile information, change passwords, etc.
(2) You have the right to correct or update incorrect or incomplete information, as long as the correction does not affect the objectivity and accuracy of the information. You can make corrections yourself or submit correction requests through feedback or contacting customer service.
4.2. Delete Personal Information
You can request the deletion of personal information from us in the following circumstances:
(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
(2) If we collect or use your personal information without your consent;
(3) If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
(4) If you no longer use our products or services, or if you have deactivated your account;
(5) If we no longer provide products or services to you.
After you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but we will delete this information when the backup is updated.
4.3. Withdraw Consent Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. For the collection and use of additional personal information, you can give or withdraw your authorization consent at any time.
(1) You can change the scope of authorization for us to continue collecting personal information by deleting information, disabling device functions, adjusting privacy settings, etc., or withdraw your authorization (specific settings are subject to the pages presented in the service). You can also withdraw all authorizations for us to continue collecting your personal information by deactivating your account.
(2) After you withdraw consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, and we will no longer process your relevant personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the processing of personal information conducted based on your prior consent or authorization.
4.4. Deactivate Account
After you deactivate your account, we will stop providing products or services to you and, based on your request, delete your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

5. How We Handle Personal Information of Minors
1. We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are under 14 years old, before using our services, we recommend that your guardian carefully read this privacy policy and obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardian. We will protect the personal information of minors in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country.
2. In the case of collecting personal information of minors with the consent of parents or legal guardians, we will only use or disclose this information when permitted by law, with explicit consent of parents or guardians, or when it is necessary to protect the minors.
